This room offers a great design impact because of the exciting barrel ceiling, enhanced with the help of well-known Arkansas artist, Tim Morris.
“I want this area to have a relaxed feel, yet a few surprises that spark conversation. The counter surfaces on the twin bookcases flanking the mantle are under lit onyx for warmth and drama at night. The ceiling and the countertops are unexpected elements.
“I am spotlighting the barrel ceiling and the twin cabinets on each side of the fireplace. In addition, I designed a custom mantle.”
